The Fairhope Lady Pirates defeated UMS-Wright 4-0. In the 28th minute of the first half, Rachel Serda settled a nice direct kick from Courtney Casto, then struck the ball past the keeper with the outside of her right foot. With an assist from Katherine Seibt, Mandie Martin drilled a shot from 24 yards out in the 33rd minute. In the 41st minute, Baley Murphy poked a loose ball past the keeper. Anna Hogan completed the scoring in the 61st minute by one-touching a crossing pass from Kay Douglass. Fairhope maintained possession in their attacking half of the field much of the game, allowing UMS-Wright only four scoring opportunities. Keeper Addie McKee made a couple of nice sliding stops off the feet of UMS attackers.
